Mahnoor came in as our third hire after four years at Daraz on the talent acquisition side and an earlier two-year stint inside Careem's Pakistan-focused tech recruiting.

She owns the Lahore engineering corridor end-to-end — from the Series-A startup hiring its first Eng Manager up through the Group CTO mandates Faraz brings in. Her bench of passive Pakistan-based senior engineers is, by some distance, the deepest in the firm.
