Privacy notice

Last reviewed: 1 March 2026.

This privacy notice explains how Caliber Talent Group, our Dubai DMCC entity, and our London affiliate Brennan Partners Ltd. collect, use and protect personal data in connection with our search work. The notice covers candidates, employer contacts, and casual website visitors.

Who is the data controller

Three legal entities operate under the Caliber brand. Each is a data controller for the processing it carries out, and we share data between them strictly under written intra-group data-sharing agreements:

  • · Caliber Talent Group (Pvt.) Ltd. — Lahore, Pakistan. SECP 0182729.
  • · Caliber Talent Group MEA DMCC — Dubai, UAE. DMCC-743219.
  • · Brennan Partners Ltd. — London, UK. Companies House 13412809. ICO registration ZB678234.

What we collect

From candidates: full name, contact details, work history, qualifications, salary band, right-to-work status, professional references, and any free-text notes you choose to share.

From employer contacts: name, business contact details, job title, employer, and the professional context of our engagement.

From website visitors: anonymised analytics (page views, referrer, device class). No third-party advertising trackers.

Lawful basis for processing

For candidate data, our lawful basis is a combination of the candidate's consent and our legitimate interest in operating an executive search practice. For employer data, our lawful basis is the performance of our engagement contract. For website analytics, our lawful basis is legitimate interest, with a low-friction opt-out at the cookie banner.

How we use the data

Candidate data is held in our internal CRM (operated within the EU and the UK) and is accessible only to the named consultant on your profile and to firm partners. We share your CV with an employer only with your explicit per-engagement consent in writing.

The Atelier internal screening tool processes CV data extracted from PDFs against role rubrics. Before any payload reaches a language model, a personally-identifying-and- discrimination-risk pre-classifier strips photo, date of birth, gender, marital status, religion and nationality fields. The model output is a screening aid for the consultant, never an in-or-out decision on a candidate.

How long we keep data

Candidate data is retained for the duration of our relationship and for 36 months after the most recent contact, after which it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time. Employer data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus the legal minimum retention required by the relevant jurisdiction.

Your rights

Depending on the jurisdiction you are in (UK GDPR, UAE PDPL, Pakistan PECA-2016), you have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing of, object to the processing of, and port your personal data. Send rights requests to dpo@calibertalent.com. We respond within 30 days.

How to complain

You may complain to the relevant supervisory authority: the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), the UAE Data Office (dataoffice.gov.ae), or the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority for PECA-2016 matters.

Data Protection Officer

The firm's Data Protection Officer is Saira Bukhari, Operations Lead. Email dpo@calibertalent.com or write to the Lahore office for the attention of the DPO.
