For candidates
A confidential conversation, before you need one.
We are most useful to candidates who are not actively looking. Most of our placements are with candidates who took an initial conversation eight to eighteen months before the move that suited them.
What you can expect from a first conversation
Forty-five minutes, scheduled at your convenience, with the consultant whose desk fits your profile. The conversation is treated as confidential by default — we will not share your CV with any employer without explicit per-engagement consent.
We will ask about your current role, what you would and would not consider next, what your compensation expectations look like, and what you are not willing to negotiate on. We will talk you through the openings on our desk that we judge to be a fit for your profile and through the openings we judge would not be a fit and why.
If we agree there is no live opening for you today but the conversation is worth continuing, we will set a rolling cadence with you — typically a thirty-minute check-in every three months. We do not press candidates into an opening that does not fit.
What we work on
- Technology: engineering management, principal and staff individual contributors, data and ML leadership, product, and security. Bands typically GBP 90k – 220k base, AED 360k – 1.4m base, PKR 9m – 80m base.
- Finance: Group FC, Treasury, Internal Audit, Compliance, FP&A, Tax, through to CFO. Bands typically GBP 70k – 200k base, AED 320k – 1.2m base, PKR 7m – 60m base.
Confidentiality protocol
- · Your CV is never sent to an employer without your written per-engagement consent.
- · Your current employer is never approached for a reference before you have an offer in hand.
- · Your name is never used in market-mapping reports we sell to employers.
- · Conversations are logged in our internal CRM accessible only to the named consultant on your profile and to the firm partners.
