Conor Brennan

Conor came onboard in 2022 as the firm needed a credible London anchor to chase the cross-border CFO and Group FC searches that the Pakistan and Dubai teams were originating but couldn't close end-to-end. He runs Brennan Partners Ltd as Caliber's exclusive London affiliate.

He started as an audit senior at EY in 2005 and qualified ACA in 2008. After nine years on the audit floor, he moved to Michael Page in 2015 to run the CFO and Group FC desk, where he stayed until founding Brennan Partners in 2021.

Conor's finance-first temperament shows in how he briefs candidates — he reads the audit reports of the hiring entity before he picks up the phone, and he won't accept a retainer for a search where the hiring CFO can't articulate the unit economics of the role on a back-of-envelope.
