Aisha Tanveer

Aisha joined as the firm's second hire and partnered up two months later. She had spent six years inside the regional executive search world — first as an associate at Spencer Stuart's MENA practice, then leading the Dubai technology desk at Robert Walters during the post-2018 fintech build-out.

Her view of the GCC technology hiring market is unsentimental: most companies ask for a Stanford CV when what they actually need is somebody who has shipped a P0 system in production with a five-person team and an unstable cap-table behind them. Aisha's shortlists tend to be shorter than the market expects and her placements stay in seat longer than the market average.

She owns the firm's data + ML practice end-to-end and is the named consultant on roughly half of the Dubai engineering-management searches we run.
