Faraz Iqbal
Faraz founded Caliber in January 2020 after a five-year run as country lead at Hays Pakistan, where he scaled the Lahore desk from four consultants to twenty-two and saw firsthand how thin the senior end of the market remained underserved by volume players.
He started in tax at PwC Pakistan straight out of LUMS, which is where he developed the patience for slow, document-grounded work that still shows up in Caliber's methodology — the firm runs market maps and reference workflows that look closer to audit working papers than to most recruiters' candidate spreadsheets.
Faraz takes a small number of senior search mandates personally each year, weighted toward fintech CTO and group CFO roles in the Lahore and Karachi corridors. He sits on the firm's investment committee and reviews every retained brief over PKR 30M / AED 600k / GBP 130k personally before the team mobilises.
