Senior Product Manager — Marketplace Supply

The brief

First product hire on the supply side. Reports to the CPO. Will own onboarding, supplier health, and the dispute-resolution flow — three surfaces that are currently shared across two PMs.

Scope of the role

• · Owns the supplier-side product surface end-to-end.
• · Sets the supply-side roadmap quarterly against operating-margin and supplier-retention metrics.
• · Pairs day-to-day with one engineering team (8 engineers).

Must-haves

• · Five years in product, three of those on a marketplace or two-sided product.
• · Has owned a product surface end-to-end with full P&L or operating-metric accountability.
• · Has shipped against an experimentation programme.

Nice-to-haves

• · GCC marketplace experience (Talabat / Careem / Noon / Property Finder pedigree).
• · Earlier engineering background.

Process

1. 45-min initial call with Ravi.
2. Two-hour product-thinking conversation with the CPO.
3. Case-study presentation (90 min, candidate-prepared).
4. On-site loop: founders + head of supply ops + senior engineer.
