The brief
FP&A manager on the SaaS-metrics and budgeting workstream. Reports to the Head of FP&A. The role exists because the company is moving from an annual budgeting cycle to a 12-month rolling forecast.
Scope of the role
- · Owns the rolling 12-month forecast and the quarterly board pack.
- · Builds the SaaS-metrics layer (ARR, NRR, GRR, magic number, payback) into the forecast.
- · Partners with revenue-ops on pipeline-to-forecast translation.
Must-haves
- · ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified.
- · Five years post-qualification, two in a SaaS or subscription-business FP&A function.
- · Has built or maintained a 12-month rolling forecast.
- · Comfort with the SaaS metric set (ARR / NRR / GRR / payback).
- · UK right to work.
Nice-to-haves
- · Datarails / Pigment / Anaplan experience.
- · Earlier corporate-finance / investment-banking background.
